What working conditions are your drilling rigs suitable for? How can I select the right model based on my construction needs?

What working conditions are your drilling rigs suitable for? How can I select the right model based on my construction needs?

Our drilling rigs are widely used in blasting hole drilling for open-pit projects such as metallurgy, mining, building materials, railways, hydropower construction, national defense construction, and earthwork. We suggest you provide specific construction parameters (such as target depth, hole diameter, and geological report), and our technical engineers will match the best model for you free of charge and provide selection options for comparison.

What are the brands of the core components of the drilling rig (such as the power system, drill rods, and drill bits)? Can the configuration be customized?

What are the brands of the core components of the drilling rig (such as the power system, drill rods, and drill bits)? Can the configuration be customized?

① Core components are all from leading industry brands (engine: such as Cummins/Yuchai Power), (machine head: ATLAS/BOSS), (drill rod: independently developed), (drill bit: Black King Kong), ensuring equipment stability; ② Supports customized configuration: according to your construction needs, remote control devices can be added, power can be upgraded, drill rod length can be increased, and environmentally friendly dual dust removal systems can be adapted, etc.

What are the key parameters of the equipment, such as its capacity, fuel consumption, and weight? Is it easy to transport?

What are the key parameters of the equipment, such as its capacity, fuel consumption, and weight? Is it easy to transport?

Taking the mainstream X6A model as an example, for coal mines (specific parameters depend on the selected model): Production Capacity: Approximately 600 meters per day for conventional drilling rigs (significantly affected by geological conditions); Fuel Consumption: 55L/hour (fluctuates depending on power output and load); Transportation: The entire machine adopts a modular design, which can be disassembled into components such as the machine body, drilling tower, and power unit, making it compatible with ordinary freight vehicles (no special transportation required). Disassembly/assembly time is approximately 4-8 hours (instructions included). For a detailed parameter table of a specific model, please contact customer service for free.

What is included in the equipment price? Are installation and training services provided?

What is included in the equipment price? Are installation and training services provided?

① The quotation includes: the entire drilling rig (including core components), a tool kit, a set of consumable parts (such as seals and a set of drill bits), an English and Chinese operation manual, and a certificate of conformity; it does not include transportation or installation fees (which can be quoted separately upon request); ② Installation and training: On-site installation and commissioning services are available (fees include visa fees and round-trip airfare for on-site service personnel provided by the purchaser). Training content includes equipment operation, safety regulations, and basic maintenance to ensure that operators can work independently; online video training can also be provided free of charge.

What is the warranty period for the equipment? What does the warranty cover?

What is the warranty period for the equipment? What does the warranty cover?

① Warranty period: The whole machine and core components are guaranteed for 1 year or 2000 working hours (whichever comes first). ② Warranty scope: For non-human-caused damage and component failures under normal use (such as abnormal engine noise or hydraulic leakage), we will provide free replacement parts and repair services; damage caused by human error or geological abnormalities (such as drill rod getting stuck or bending) is not covered by the warranty.

After the equipment arrives, how should installation and commissioning be arranged? What should be done if installation problems arise?

After the equipment arrives, how should installation and commissioning be arranged? What should be done if installation problems arise?

① Installation Process: After the equipment arrives, you can contact our after-sales customer service (+86-0313-3865999) to schedule an installation. We will respond within 24 hours and arrange for an engineer to arrive within 3-7 days (negotiable for remote areas); ② Self-Installation: If you have a professional installation team, you can install it yourself according to the operation manual. Our after-sales engineers provide 24-hour online guidance (video, telephone); ③ Installation Issues: If there are any problems such as missing parts or incompatible installation interfaces, please take photos/videos and we will resend the parts or adjust the solution within 48 hours to ensure that the construction progress is not affected.

What should be done if equipment malfunctions during operation (such as insufficient power, drilling jam, hydraulic system failure)?

What should be done if equipment malfunctions during operation (such as insufficient power, drilling jam, hydraulic system failure)?

Following the principle of "troubleshooting before repairing," we efficiently resolve issues: ① Emergency troubleshooting: Contact after-sales customer service, provide the fault symptoms (e.g., "drill rod cannot be raised or lowered during drilling"), equipment model, and operating hours. An engineer will provide guidance via phone/video to troubleshoot simple faults (e.g., oil line blockage, poor electrical contact); ② On-site repair: If the problem cannot be resolved online, an engineer will be dispatched within 48 hours in domestic areas (72 hours in remote areas). For overseas customers, we can coordinate with local service providers or send engineers.

How often should consumable parts (such as drill bits, seals, and filters) be replaced? How can I purchase them?

How often should consumable parts (such as drill bits, seals, and filters) be replaced? How can I purchase them?

① Replacement Cycle (Reference Values): Drill Bits: 2000-8000 meters/bit in soft soil, 20-50 meters/bit in hard rock (adjust according to soil hardness); Sealing Rings & Filter Elements: Replace every 200-500 working hours; Engine and screw compressor filter element maintenance follows the manufacturer's warranty period; Drill Rods: Replace every 5000-8000 meters under normal use. Replace immediately if bending or wear exceeding 3mm; ② Purchase Channels: Order directly through after-sales customer service (provide equipment model). Domestic stock will be shipped within 48 hours. International shipping is supported by sea/air freight. You can also pre-order vulnerable parts kits (package discounts available when purchasing equipment).
